JTAPE High Temperature Crepe Masking Discs are disc-shaped adhesives specifically designed to cover the rear hub of alloy wheels and provide a reliable solution for coating, baking and treating wheels during the refurbishment process.

Offering temperature resistance up to 160°C, these natural, beige-coloured discs feature a fine crepe paper carrier with a rubber-based adhesive. Each roll contains 250 discs, making it a cost-effective masking solution.

Green High Temperature Polyester Film Discs are also available in a 220°C temperature resistant Green Polyester version – Product Ref 4009.

High Temperature Crepe Masking Discs are ideal for powder coating and are a must for all body shops, saving time and giving a perfect finish.

How to Use

Step 1: After thoroughly cleaning the alloy wheel, peel away the protective release liner from the back of the disc and apply it. Once you’re happy with the placement, press down on the disc to achieve a strong bond.

Step 2: You can then proceed with the powder coating process, including priming, coating, baking and treating.

Step 3: To remove the tape for a residue-free finish, simply peel it away from the surface once your powder coating application is complete and cured.
