JTAPE Silver Premium Cloth Protection Tape is a protection tape constructed from a polyethene cloth laminate with 78 weaves per inch, twice as many as standard cloth gaffer tape. With a natural rubber adhesive, it can be used for long and short-term applications. Its excellent tensile strength also gives it durability, although you can still easily tear the tape in both directions and benefit from conformability.
As with our other Premium Cloth Protection Tapes in the JTAPE range, this tape is temperature resistant up to 80°C/176°F for one hour, waterproof and offers a high-tack adhesive. Additionally, it can be removed easily without leaving stubborn adhesive residue on the surface.
As a premium gaffer tape, it is ideal for use in many applications across multiple sectors, including automotive, marine, industrial, construction and DIY.

Step 1
Apply it to the surface requiring protection from sanding, being sure to  apply pressure to secure the tape in place as you go.
Step 2
You can then sand the required area before using a panel wipe to remove dust.
Step 3
Finally, pull the edge of the cloth protection tape away from the surface for a clean, residue-free removal.

Meanwhile, Silver Premium Cloth Protection Tape is better suited for all-purpose protection since it offers resistance against temperatures up to 80°C/176°F.
