At just 9 microns thick, JTAPE Premium Clear Masking Film is easy to manipulate to mask off areas of the bodywork while still maintaining the protective integrity of the film so that you can get on with the paint job with confidence.
It’s also easy to dispense thanks to the intuitive dispensing box that allows you to only use as much as required, with no waste.
This Corona-treated product can hold paint/mist overspray to prevent paint contamination, keeping the job as neat as possible.

How to use
Step 1: Prepare the Car for Masking
To ensure that the tape adheres to the surface, wash and dry the car thoroughly, making sure that there is no dust or grime on the surface.
Step 2: Mask off edges and small components
Using a high-quality masking tape, mask off edges and areas you want to protect such as around windows, emblems, or trims. To prevent leaks, make sure that there aren’t gaps or wrinkles.
Step 3: Apply JTAPE Premium Clear Masking Film
Unroll the film from the dispenser and cut off a piece slightly bigger than the area you need to cover. Drape the film over the area and use your masking tape to secure it. Trim off the excess using a knife or scissors.
Step 4: Check and seal gaps
Double-check that the areas you wish to cover are covered sufficiently. Don’t be afraid to reinforce particularly troublesome areas with added material.
Step 5: Remove the Masking Film
After your work is complete, carefully peel off the masking tape and film. Pull the tape back over itself at a low angle to leave a residue-free finish.
